Processing time :
Our orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation by email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.

Currently, all our orders can be shipped to the following region/country :

Shippig rate and estimate time :
Our shipping rate are Free (£0) for delivery in the United Kingdom and Europe, £10 for delivery in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, and £20 every where else in the world.
Usually it takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery in United Kingdom and Europe. And 5 to 10 working days for delivery in the rest of the world.
Returns Policy :
First of all, thank you for purchasing our Artwork at Pimoprints.com. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us at support@pimoprints.com with your order information.
If you do receive a damaged Artwork, please email us within 14 days at support@pimoprints.com with your order information and pictures of the damage so we can help.
Refunds :
To be eligible for a refund, the Artwork need to be received in an original and resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods excluding shipping. Please note, the cost and safe return of the goods is your responsibility.
