ORDERS

How can I track my order ?

Your order will be traceable via a link sent to the email adress (used when ordering) once the order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

When will my order be ship ?

Your order will be shipped after the process payment and production of the artwork. Order take usually 3 to 5 working days to be shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I cancel my order ?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@pimoprints.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch your order before it ships. (Cannot guarantee).

Which country do you ship ?

Currently, all our orders can be shipped Worldwide.

Do you ship free ?

Currently, we are shipping Free for every Framed Print and Fine Art Print orders in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Every Framed Print and Fine Art Print orders shipping to US/Australia/New-Zealand are charged £10, and £20 in any other area of the world.

Every Zine/Book orders shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe are charged £6, and £15 in any other area of the world.

When will arrive my order ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and an estimate date of delivery.

Usually it takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery in United Kingdom and Europe. And 5 to 10 working days for delivery in the rest of the world.

My Artwork arrive damaged, what should I do ?

If you do receive a damaged Artwork, please email us within 14 days at support@pimoprints.com with your order number and pictures of the damage so we can help.
